The marketing slogan in Charlotte is “Play the Right Way.”
It would seem that the Bobcats have been doing just that in winning 5-of-7 games, and going 11-12 since acquiring Boris Diaw and Raja Bell from the Phoenix Suns after starting the season 6-13.
In short, head coach Larry Brown has his team playing defense for the full 48 minutes, which has made a team that isn’t necessarily the league’s most talented squad into a grind-it-out, effective bunch with wins over Boston, New Orleans, Phoenix, Detroit and Utah.
