We broke down some of the more intriguing numbers from LAL’s 110-100 loss against Charlotte:
Percentage of field goals made by Charlotte towards 110 points. They scored 64 paint points, with 32 of their 46 made shots coming inside, and improved to 5-0 when shooting at least 50 percent from the floor.
Points for Al Jefferson, matching his career high. Jefferson also grabbed 18 boards and had four assists, plus three steals. He recorded his third straight double-double and third consecutive game with at least 30 points.
Straight games in which the Lakers have allowed 100-plus points. This matches the club’s longest such streak since a 17-game stretch during the 1986-87 year.
Assists for Ramon Sessions, who started his fifth straight game in place of Kemba Walker (ankle). The 13 dimes was a season high from Sessions, and the second time in the last three games he’s reached double-digit assists.
Triples for Jodie Meeks, his sixth straight game with at least multiple three-pointers made. During that stretch, Meeks is averaging 19.8 points on 48.1 percent field goals and 48.8 percent from the three-point line.
